Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gold nanoparticle dispersion liquid capable of forming a thin film having a high electric conductivity when dried at a normal temperature, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A gold nanoparticle covered with an extremely thin hydrophilic organic monomolecular film (about 0.5 nm thick) is synthesized and dispersed in water, and ultrasonic wave is applied to a gold nanoparticle dispersion liquid for a long time to partially remove hydrophilic organic molecules from a gold nanoparticle surface. In the gold nanoparticle dispersion liquid, the average particle size of the gold nanoparticle is 10-20 nm, and the area occupied by mercapto-succinic acid or 2-mercapto-propionyl-glycine is 25-50 . After being dried, the gold nanoparticle dispersion liquid forms a conductive thin film with a metallic luster. |
