Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film provided with a hard coat layer on a thermoplastic resin film, and having excellent adhesiveness and abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A hard coat film 3 is provided with a hard coat layer 2 at least on one side of a thermoplastic resin film 1. The hard coat layer 2 contains both an ionizing radiation curable resin and a thermoplastic resin while the weight blending ratio of the ionizing radiation curable resin to the thermoplastic resin is in a range of 95/5 to 80/20.
