MOUNTING PORTION STRUCTURE OF GRAB RAIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grab rail mounting portion structure, capable of preventing deflection and rattling of grab rail mounting brackets, while connecting each of brackets to overlap a connection part between the flanges of a roof panel and a roof side rail.SOLUTION: A bracket 21 for fixing a grab rail 20 to a vehicle has: a vehicle body mounting seat 22 connected to the flange parts 7a, 9a, 10a, and 8a of a roof panel 7 and a roof side rail 1; and an arm part 23 which is bent from the lateral inside end of the vehicle body mounting seat 22 and extended downward. The bracket 21 also has: a grab rail mounting seat 24 which is bent from the lower end of the arm part 23, extended toward the lateral inside, and to which a grab rail 20 is fixed; and an auxiliary mounting seat 25 which is bent from the lateral outside end of the vehicle body mounting seat 22, extended downward, and connected to a vertical wall part 8c of the roof side rail 1.
