Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading and extruding machine and a method of its operation control for steadily operating, ensuring a high quality molded article, and dealing with high production volume by maintaining a pressure of a kneaded article in front of a preceding stage gear pump in a stationary operation (molding) while a variation of the pressure of the kneaded article in front of the preceding stage gear pump does not significantly affect the pressure of a kneaded article in front of a latter stage gear pump.SOLUTION: A kneading and extruding machine includes a rotation speed feedback control section (a first control block 20) of the first gear pump 3 for performing feedback control of the rotation speed of the first gear pump 3, and a rotation speed feedforward control section (a third control block 40) of a second gear pump 5 for performing feedforward control of the rotation speed of the second gear pump 5 added to the second control block 30.
