Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lowest invasion surgical operation system using a surgical treatment needle type device that enables the operation of a large surgical apparatus, attains minimally low invasion properties, and has a degree of freedom in design.SOLUTION: This surgical treatment needle type device 10 includes: a needle structure 30 configured to directly perform puncturing from a skin surface of a living body; an operational tip instrument connection mechanism 50 for attachably/detachably connecting a distal end of the needle structure and a rear end of each of various kinds of operational tip instrument 60; a movable handle 22 successively joined with a rear end of the needle structure and operating the operational tip instrument; an operation instrument turning mechanism 23 for turning the operational tip instrument; and an operational tip instrument operation part 20 having a main axis needle length adjustment mechanism 26 for adjusting the set length of a main axis needle. The lowest invasion surgical operation system is configured to use: the surgical treatment needle type device 10; and a means 200 for inserting the operational tip instrument into a body cavity, which inserts the operational tip instrument into the body cavity. |
