PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle headlight, to be mounted on a vehicle, in which a failure of an LED light source due to water generated by dew condensation can be prevented even if dew condensation occurs inside the headlight.SOLUTION: A vehicle headlight 1 is provided with an LED light source 2, a body 3 for holding the LED light source 2, a first reflection plate 4 for reflecting light from the LED light source 2 upward and emitting it from an opening 41, and a second reflection plate 5 which is fitted on an upper face 31 of the body 3 and reflects frontward the light emitted from the opening 41. The vehicle headlight 1 includes a convex stripe part 6 which partitions the opening 41 of the first reflection plate 4 and the upper face 31 of the body 3 and is protruded further toward a second reflection plate 5 side than the upper face 31 of the body 3. Even if dew condensation occurs on the second reflection plate 5 and water generated by the dew condensation runs on the second reflection plate 5 and drops on the upper face 31 of the body 3, the water is blocked by the convex stripe part 6 and hardly flows into the vicinity of the LED light source 2. As a result, a failure of the LED light source 2 due to water generated by dew condensation can be prevented.
