Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map information processing device which enables a user to intuitively and easily perform an operation of changing a map display while keeping a map easy to view.SOLUTION: The map information processing device includes: a display unit which displays a map; a three-dimensional input unit which detects a three-dimensional position of a detection object relative to a display surface of the display unit; and a control unit which determines a scroll direction on the basis of a movement trajectory of the detection object detected by the three-dimensional input unit and causes the display unit to display the map by scrolling in a direction preliminarily determined in accordance with a direction relation between a movement direction of the detection object and the scroll direction.
