PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent frequent occurrences of components which have short lives by reflecting appropriate component life prediction and its result on an entire plant plan.SOLUTION: A plant component exchange support system 12 automatically outputs to a human interface 13 information related to exchange plan about a plurality of components 113 in response to operation information on the components 113 controlled by a controller 112 operating in response to a drive command and input information from the human interface 13. The plant component exchange support system 12 is provided with: a time server 124; a logic count unit 121; an input/output unit 125; a data storage unit 122; and an operation processing unit 123 comprising a first operation processing function section 123a for outputting predicted life information and a second operation processing function section 123b for outputting exchange execution time information about each component.
