OUTER WALL MATERIAL OF EMBOSSED METAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall material of embossed metal having a decorative surface which improves the appearance of changing light reflection and prevents cracking in the coated or plated surface of a metal plate, by roll embossing for roughness patterning of a metal plate passing through a combined pair of embossing rolls such that both sides of the metal plate are alternately squeezed.SOLUTION: A long outer wall material has a decorative face with many lateral groove joints having a narrow groove shape in approximately parallel with each other along the longitudinal direction of the front face base, and a plurality of vertical groove joints which are joined with the lateral groove joints in an approximately perpendicular direction so as to form many partitioned faces subdivided therewith. One side of the partitioned face is slightly folded toward the surface so as to form a sloped plane and a top face. The partitioned faces having positions of the sloped plane different from each other relative to the top face are alternately arranged adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction so as to form the decorative face of an outer wall material of embossed metal.
