MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR FILM-SHAPED ELECTRIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a film-shaped electric device which can be mounted to glass while reducing adverse effects caused by thermal expansion.SOLUTION: A resin panel 11 is attached to a lower surface of a light control film 13 (film-shaped electric device), the resin panel 11 and the light control film 13 are cooperated, and a light control panel 3 (panel-shaped electric device) is configured which includes a right edge 3R and a left edge 3L which are in parallel with each other. A right-side retaining member 4R and a left-side retaining member 4L defining a groove 4a to which the corresponding right edge 3R or the left edge 3L of the light control panel 3 is inserted are mounted to a lower surface of sunroof glass 2 approximately in parallel with each other correspondingly to the right edge 3R and the left edge 3L of the light control panel 3, and the light control panel 3 is retained by the right-side and the left-side retaining members 4R and 4L.
