Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life jacket easy to wear and difficult to come off.SOLUTION: A life jacket L includes a body 1 constituted by connecting a front body 11 and a rear body via a connecting part 10 having a neck hole part 1a for inserting a neck and indwelling a buoyancy material 13, a left adjusting string 2 installed on a left upper part reverse surface of the front body 11 and a left upper part reverse surface of the rear body in a front view and inserting a right arm, a left stopper 3 for fixing restriction of this left adjusting string 2, a right adjusting string 2' installed on a right upper part reverse surface of the front body 11 and a right upper part reverse surface of the rear body in a front view and inserting a left arm, and a right stopper 3' for fixing restriction of this right adjusting string 2'. Right and side parts of the body 1 are separated, a bottom part of the front body 11 and a bottom part of the rear body are separated, and a bottom part of the body 1 forms an insertion-extraction port of a head and right and left hands.
