Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a zero point of a bearer of a rotary machine such as a printer easily and certainly.SOLUTION: A method is used to detect a zero point position in which bearers begin to come into contact with each other, in a rotary machine with two pieces of cylinder and the bearers equipped with the cylinders. First, a distance between axes of two cylinders is set larger than the zero point position, and a resilient material is fitted to the sensor portion of a pressure sensor which gives an output according to an applied pressure. Further, the pressure sensor is disposed between the two cylinders. After that, the distance between the axes of the two cylinders is gradually changed, and when the fluctuation characteristics of the output of the pressure sensor change, the axial distance between the two cylinders is regarded as the zero point position. |
