The radio communication unit 11 communicates with a base station. The communication decision unit 13 decides whether communication is performed between the radio communication unit 11 and the base station. When it is decided that communication with the base station is not performed for a predetermined time, the execution unit 14 executes a loss mode to make the mobile terminal 1 execute preset operation, irrespective of the operation of the operation unit 12.
