TRANSMISSION DEVICE AND POWER CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve state management precision of a power saving mode with a master station device and a slave station device and to prevent occurrence of state deviation in the power saving mode.SOLUTION: A transmission device manages a starting state and a sleep state in a power saving mode by using time when a master station device and a slave station device are time-synchronized. The master station device shifts a normal mode to the starting state at transmission timing of a power saving mode transition allowable message to the slave station device, and simultaneously starts a timer. The slave station device shifts the normal mode to the starting state at timing for transmitting a response message to the power saving mode transition allowable message from the master station device. The master station device allows timer means to resume clocking of correction time obtained by correcting continuation time of the starting state by using round trip delay time at reception timing of the response message.
