WIRELESS RELAY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless relay system in which a failure in a wireless communication device of the wireless relay system can be detected.SOLUTION: The wireless communication system including a plurality of wireless communication devices (stations) arranged so as to form the predetermined connection path is such that: the respective stations have a transfer table previously storing an identification number of the other station wirelessly communicable with a self-station corresponding to the order of allocation along with the connection path from a position of the self-station; a terminal station ID24 located at ends of the connection path periodically transmits periodic communication information to an adjacent relay station ID23; and the respective stations add an identification flag indicating of relaying of the self station to the periodic communication information when relaying the periodic communication information, try to perform wireless communication with a branch station ID10 and a branch auxiliary station ID3 from the station closest to the self-station while skipping the adjacent relay station ID21 on the basis of the transfer tabel so as to relay the periodic communication information to the station wirelessly communicable with each other when a relay station ID22 cannot relay the periodic communication information to the adjacent relay station ID21 for example.
