Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent making multiple calls to a same household, even when a plurality of campaigns are carried out at the same time.SOLUTION: A campaign server 22 comprises a database 25 for previously storing pieces of campaign information and object customer data of the campaign to which a household identification number for identifying the same household is given, causes the database 25 to retrieve an overlap campaign having the same period with that of a selected campaign, and transmits an image indicating information on the overlap campaign and the object customer data to operator terminals 28a and 29a to be displayed thereon.
