TRIGGER ASSAY FOR IDENTIFYING RHEUMATIC DISORDER AND NONRHEUMATIC DISORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trigger assay for discriminating a rheumatic disorder from a nonrheumatic disorder.SOLUTION: A method for eliminating a nonrheumatic disorder as a cause of a musculoskeletal symptom of a subject includes determining whether at least one kind of an autoantibody or an antigen showing at least one kind of a rhematic disorder exists in a sample acquired from the subject. The method capable of eliminating a nonrheumatic disorder with the existence of the autoantibody or the antigen as a cause of the musculoskeletal symptom of the subject is provided. Then, this invention provides a method for inducing the next step (a further diagnosis of a rheumatic disorder or a nonrheumatic disorder for confirming an initial diagnosis) when diagnosing the cause of the musculoskeletal of the subject. In addition, a kit for eliminating the nonrheumatic disorder with the cause of the musculoskeletal of the subject and the usage of the kit are provided.
