Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on gouging and scratching of a surface of a film due to engagement of a thin section around a base of a projecting section of a flexible film with a recessed section of a supporting member, when a pressure of a room facing a top face of the flexible film becomes higher than an atmospheric pressure in a conventional diaphragm device in which the projecting section is formed on a lower face of the flexible film, and the recessed section for preventing interference with a through hole formed on the supporting member, is formed on a tip of the projecting section.SOLUTION: In a diaphragm device in which a first room 6 and a second room 7 disposed inside of a housing 4 is air-tightly divided by a flexible film 3 supported by a supporting member 2, a recessed section 9 for preventing interference with an opening edge of a through hole is formed on a region corresponding to the through hole 8 of the flexible film 3, the recessed section 9 is formed on a thick section 3b thicker than the other part of the flexible film 3, and the projecting section 3c constituting the thick section is projected to a first room 6 side.
