PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab for a work vehicle, which prevents intrusion of dust, water and the like into the cab and which can achieve a comfortable in-cab environment for an operator, and to provide the work vehicle.SOLUTION: A center pillar 3 has a pipe structure having a hollow structure. A lower end opening 3c for connecting the hollow space 3a to an outdoor space, and an upper end opening 3b for connecting the hollow space 3a to an indoor space 10 are formed in the center pillar 3. The lower end opening 3c and the upper end opening 3b are arranged at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the center pillar 3. Air can be discharged into the outdoor space from the indoor space 10 of the cab 1 through the hollow space of a cab component member (e.g. an attachment part 9) except the pillar.
