SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scuff plate assembling structure of vehicle which can prevent the improper assembling of a scuff plate and can improve the feeling of the rigidity of the scuff plate.SOLUTION: A scuff plate is either of a first scuff plate 8 and a second scuff plate 18. The first scuff plate 8 is attached to a floor panel 2 in such a manner that a front end of the first scuff plate is opposed to an upper surface of a rear part 7a of a cowl side trim 7 which is arranged so as to overlap on an indoor front side of a carpet 6 placed on the floor panel 2. The second scuff plate is attached to the floor panel 2 in such a manner that a front part of the second scuff plate is opposed to an upper surface of a vinyl chloride mat 16 placed on the floor panel 2. A rib 8c is formed so as to project downward in the lower surface of the front end of the first scuff plate, and a clip 10 for attaching the vinyl chloride mat 16 to the floor panel is positioned to be lapped on the rib 8c in a vehicle plane view at the lower side of the front end of the second scuff plate.
