PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adaptation to variations, in a printing system for transferring print image data from an upper apparatus to a printing apparatus.SOLUTION: In a printer controller, an acquisition part automatically acquires a configuration of each station. A table creation part creates a setting table for a data control part, which is setting information for each data control part, and a setting information table for an image output control part for each image output control part, on the basis of an acquisition result of the acquisition part, to be transmitted to each data control part and each image output control part, respectively. In each station, a route of the print image data is selected in accordance with the configuration of each station, on the basis of the setting information table for the data control part and the setting information table for the image output control part.
