Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly set an output potential of a negative potential generation circuit to a desired potential without increasing power consumption.SOLUTION: A negative potential output line control circuit 9 in a switch control circuit 3 includes: an initial power supply setting circuit 41 that outputs a signal becoming a high level after a lapse of a predetermined period since a power supply potential has started up; an inverter 42 that inverts an output signal of the initial power supply setting circuit; a first capacitor C7 that is connected between an output terminal of the inverter and a negative potential output line; and a negative potential initialization circuit 43 that is connected between the negative potential output line and a ground terminal and sets the negative potential output line to a predetermined voltage level within a predetermined period after the power supply potential has started up.
