Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize processing corresponding to a background color of an image in an image processing device.SOLUTION: An image processing device 10 comprises: an image input unit 16 that inputs an image; an image processing control unit 20 that calculates a background color of the image on the basis of a color distribution frequency of the input image, and performs image processing on the image on the basis of the calculated background color; and an image output unit 18 that determines an output destination of the image subjected to the image processing on the basis of the background color, and outputs the image to the determined output destination.
