Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device with excellent fire resistance, and a cabinet thereof.SOLUTION: A cabinet of a power storage device 1 comprises: a metallic container 5 housing and supporting plural battery modules 4 inside; and a protective member 7 provided in the container. The protective member 7 is arranged between the battery modules 4 and the container 5. The protective member 7 has fire resistance and an electrical insulation property. The protective member 7 has a plate-like shape. A location face for locating the battery modules 4 is provided on an upper face of the protective member 7. Furthermore, the power storage device 1 can be provided with a cable 6 for power. The cable 6 is housed in the container 5. The cable 6 is coated with a coating having fire resistance and an electrical insulation property. Such a constitution can restrain deterioration of the electrical insulation property between the battery modules 4 and the container 5 even if the power storage device 1 is fired.
