Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner for suppressing temperature rise of clean air since the temperature rise of the clean air supplied by the air cleaner due to heat generation of a motor for rotating a fan of the air cleaner adversely affects manufacturing of a semiconductor or the like.SOLUTION: In an air cleaner which includes a fan for sucking air, a motor for rotationally driving a fan, a motor base for fixing the motor, a case for supporting the motor base, and a filter for cleaning the air from the fan, and supplies the clean air through the filter, a plurality of holes are formed on a motor cover for covering the motor, holes are formed on positions corresponding to the holes of the motor cover on an upper surface of the motor cover for fixing the motor cover, the motor base is formed in a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a hole for discharging air is formed on a side face thereof.
