INSERT INSERTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert inserting device structure and a simple and highly accurate positioning method.SOLUTION: An insert inserting device includes an opening enabling case detaching from above and formed in a case setting part, a positioning pin disposed at a position same as the insert inserting hole position of a case to be accurately inserted or pulled out in the planar plate of a shape size accurately fitted in the case setting part and not eroding the position adjusting range of an insert feeding mechanism part, an insert receiving pin located in the lower side of a part other than the positioning pin holding part, and a positioning jig which enables viewing of the positioning adjusting mechanism part from above and capable of carrying out tool insert positioning work and having an opening wider than the positioning mechanism part range of each insert receiving pin or all insert pin receiving pins. Positioning of the case holding mechanism part and the insert receiving part, and positioning of the insert feeding mechanism part and the inserted receiving part can be performed by the same jig.
