PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic brush whose bristles have stiffness stronger than that of bristles of a flat brush whose bristle quantity is the same as that of the cosmetic brush without changing the bristle quantity of the tip part thereof, and which is facilitated in control of an operating direction of the bristle tip end.SOLUTION: A cosmetic brush is structured as follows: a mouthpiece part 14 includes a tip-side edge part to which the base end part of a tip part 16 is connected, a handle-side edge part to which a handle part 12 is connected, and a tapered cylindrical part to which the handle-side edge part and the tip-side edge part are connected; and the tip-side edge part of the mouthpiece part 14 is formed into an almost regular triangle prism shape, and has three flat surfaces 14FS1, 14FS2, and 14FS3.
