Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fitting structure with reduced fastening spots by a bolt or a rivet, whose assembly is easy while maintaining required strength.SOLUTION: The fitting structure is provided with: a first frame material 10 in which a cross-sectional shape of a surface orthogonal to a longer direction has a plurality of sides of different directions; a second frame material 20 in which a cross-sectional shape of a surface orthogonal to a longer direction has a plurality of sides of different directions; a fixed frame 40 in which a cross-sectional shape provided so as to fit both first and second frame materials has a plurality of sides of different directions; and a fixing means 9 for fixing the fixed frame to the first and second frame materials. The first and second frame materials and the fixed frame are mutually fitted with a plurality of fitting parts formed by a combination of a fitting slit and a fitting side inserted in the fitting slit.
