Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable digital data meeting a client's desire to be provided more reliably.SOLUTION: A server device receives creation request information transmitted from a communication apparatus of a creation client (a step S103). Based on the received creation request information, an acceptance history or an evaluation value history of creation requests included in registered personal data on users stored in a storage unit of the server device, and the like, the server device extracts a user who has experienced a creation request similar to the creation request information and has a high success rate thereof as a candidate (steps S104-S107). Then, in a step S108, the creation request information is transmitted to each candidate.
