Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type compressor capable of improving a degree of freedom of designing positions and shapes of a port and a valve constituting an ejection valve mechanism of a compressed refrigerant.SOLUTION: A compressor 1 comprises two scrolls 31, 32 for forming a compression space for compressing a fluid therebetween, and an ejection valve mechanism 4 for ejecting a compressed fluid in the compression space. The ejection valve mechanism 4 comprises a first ejection port 51 communicating with the compression space, a bypass port 52 communicating with the compression space, a second ejection port 57 for the inflow and passage of the fluid ejected from one or both the first ejection port 51 and the bypass port 52, a fluid passage 56 for the inflow of the fluid ejected from one or both the first ejection port 51 and the bypass port 52 toward the second ejection port 57, an ejection valve 58 for opening and closing the second ejection port 57, and a bypass valve 53 provided in the fluid passage 56 for opening and closing the bypass port 52.
