Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cut-off performance between a tip of a mobile blade and an inner peripheral surface of a casing to improve pressure resistance of a pump.SOLUTION: A rotary pump 10 used in construction work and feeding earth and sand by pressure includes: a casing 20 having a circular pump chamber 21; a rotor 30 of which a rotary shaft is eccentrically disposed with respect to its center axis in the pump chamber 21; and a plurality of blades 40 configured to be attached to the rotor 30 in a swingable manner, be tiled and extend in a rotational direction of the rotor 30 from the rotor 30 to an outer diameter side of the pump chamber 21, and bring a tip into contact with a peripheral wall 22A of the pump chamber 21 when swinging a side opposite to the rotational direction of the rotor 30.
