COSMETIC COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition capable of suppressing generation of shininess caused by sebum for a long period, improving desquamation of skin, and achieving a desirable skin appearance having clean feeling.SOLUTION: A cosmetic composition includes the following components (A), (B), (C), and (D): (A) ≥0.01 to ≤5 mass%, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane; (B) ≥0.005 to ≤5 mass% one or more types of water-insoluble polymers selected from homopolymers or copolymers of alkyl acrylates, homopolymers or copolymers of alkyl methacrylates, alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymers, polyvinyl acetate polymers, and vinyl acetate-alkyl acrylate copolymers; (C) ≥0.1 to ≤20 mass% one or more types of compounds selected from 3-8C polyols and polymers thereof; and (D) water.
