The hybrid work vehicle includes an engine control means for controlling rotation speed of the engine according to a lever operation amount detected by the lever operation amount detection means and/or a pedal operation amount detected by the pedal operation amount detection means, according to an operative/non-operative state detected by the operative state detection means and a traveling/non-traveling state detected by the traveling state detection means.
