MILK FOAMER AND BEVERAGE PRODUCTION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk foamer capable of precisely controlling discharge of steam to a milker while eliminating adverse effects due to the steam continuously delivered even after the supply of hot water to a boiler is stopped.SOLUTION: A milk foamer includes: a hot water supply path 61 for supplying hot water from a hot water tank 11 to a boiler 73; a steam discharge path 74 for discharging steam from the boiler to a milker 62; a milk supply path 79 for supplying milk from a milk cold storage 69 to the milker; an air supply path 82 for supplying air to the milker; a steam returning path 77 branching from the steam discharge path to the hot water tank; and a three-way valve 76 for controlling whether to discharge the steam generated by the boiler to the milker or return the steam to the hot water tank through the steam returning path.
