Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element excellent in photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element constituted by forming a photoelectric conversion layer on a transparent conductive film. The method comprises the steps of: treating the transparent conductive film in an atmosphere containing a hydrocarbon solvent vapor; and forming the photoelectric conversion layer on the transparent conductive film.
