QUALITY INSPECTION DEVICE OF SOFT BAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic inspection device capable of highly efficiently and accurately detecting presence/absence of a defect of transparent or translucent light-transmissive soft bag.SOLUTION: A quality inspection device of soft bags includes: photographing means 3 that photographs an inspection object part 20 of a light-transmissive soft bag 2 suckedly conveyed by a belt 60 with suction holes, from a surface side in the opposite side of the belt with the suction holes; a transillumination light source 40 that illuminates the inspection object part 20 from the back side of the belt with suction holes and exits transillumination light that becomes transmitted light in the photographing means 3; scattered light illumination light sources 41A and 41B that similarly illuminate a belt region facing the inspection object part 20 from the back side of the belt with suction holes and exits scattered illumination light that becomes scattered light by the belt 60 with the suction holes in the photographing means 3; and determination means 5 that determines the presence/absence of a defect of the inspection object part 20 on the basis of an output from the photographing means 3.
