PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a position of a bending end of a pipe from a measurement signal and highly accurately associate the measurement signal with a pipe axial position on the basis of the position of the bending end in an inspection of the pipe.SOLUTION: When an inspection is performed by inserting a multisensor type eddy current flaw detection probe into an inspection object pipe 1, a signal range in the multisensor passing through a bending belly side or back side is identified by a signal change caused by the bending, and a bending part passing signal start position and an end position are defined as reference positions b1 and b2. The measurement signal and a pipe axial position are associated with each other by position relation between the reference positions b1 and b2.
