Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, with which even if excessive torque is applied, connection arm parts 15c, 15c of a yoke 12c are hardly distorted and a torque transmission mechanism is hardly lost, and a fact that excessive torque has been applied can be easily determined even afterward.SOLUTION: As for the rigidity of a base 14c in a torsional direction, the torsional rigidity of a connection arm part 15c at a side provided with a recessed groove 20 is reduced by forming the recessed groove 20 in the base 14c of a yoke 12c. If excessive torque is applied, the base 14c is plastically deformed in the torsional direction, and the deformation of the connection arm parts 15c, 15c is restrained.
