Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection collar plate capable of more suitably fixing an insulator.SOLUTION: By fixing a nut 6 to a fixing part 3 formed in a plate material 1 constructing a connection collar plate, to form a boss to which a bolt for fixing an insulator is fastened, the insulator is allowed to be fixed to the connection collar plate. Even if extension occurs on an exhaust manifold due to heat generated during engine operation, the extension is absorbed by sliding relative to the exhaust manifold, and therefore deformation of the connection collar plate remains small. Therefore, strain of the insulator caused by the extension of the exhaust manifold due to the heat can be suppressed.
