Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system considering a transportation means or a transportation route to a destination which desires the delivery of a predetermined article.SOLUTION: A system controller controls a transportation route determination part and a transportation means determination part to derive destinations to which articles can be delivered except for at least a destination determined as one for which either a transportation means or a transportation route cannot be used out of destinations which require the delivery of the articles as a predetermined group from the transportation means information and transportation route information of each destination which requires the articles, and controls an allotment and adjustment decision part to adjust the allotment and number of the articles whose number is determined by a number determination part for the destinations to which the articles can be delivered. Then, the tag ID of an RFID tag attached to the allotted article is associated with destination information corresponding to the allotted article.
