Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal junction structure that is reducible in man-hour of joining between a bundle conductor and a terminal tool and increased in junction area and junction strength, a rotary electric machine with the structure, and a method of manufacturing the terminal junction structure.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine includes a terminal junction structure 12 formed by joining together a bundle conductor 56 formed by bundling starting terminal parts 34 of a plurality of coils 26 in the same phase constituting a stator 10 and an input terminal U having a terminal body 60 to which an electronic component can be connected. The terminal junction structure 12 is manufactured by fusing and joining a plurality of terminals 62 branching off from the terminal body 60 and the bundle conductor 56 together into one body by induction heating after positioning the plurality of terminals 62 and the bundle conductor 56. A junction part 58 of the terminal junction structure 12 which is thus obtained is formed including the plurality of terminals 62.
