CONDUCTIVE FILM AND TOUCH PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film excellent in conductivity and heat resistance and a touch panel with excellent visibility including the conductive film.SOLUTION: The conductive film has a conductive layer containing a transparent conductive material and a cellulose ester compound other than cellulose acylate on a cellulose acylate film. The transparent conductive material is at least one kind of transparent conductive material selected from a conductive polymer, conductive metal or carbon nano-tube. The cellulose acylate film contains at least one of an ester compound, a sugar ester compound, a glycolate ester compound, a phthalate ester compound, a phosphate ester compound or a polyhydric alcohol ester compound expressed by the following general formula (X), and is different from the cellulose ester compound. The general formula (X): B-(G-A)-G-B.
