PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video monitoring system of an automatic ticket gate, configured to efficiently obtain information on a user who has illegally run through the ticket gate by force, and to seize the user.SOLUTION: A monitoring center 2 connected to a station A 30, a station B 31, and a station C 32 over a wide-area network 1 includes: a storage part 6 that stores imaging time of a monitoring camera 12 when a sensor detects that someone has run through an automatic ticket gate 15 by force in the station A 30, the station B 31, or the station C 32, and a face image of the person 16; an image recognition part 5 that performs image processing on the face image of the person 16 recorded in the storage part 6 to add a serial number to the person 16; and a calculation processing part 4A that prepares a document 17 including the face image of the person 16 and information on the station where the automatic ticket gate 15 is installed in the station A 30, the station B 31, or the station C 32, through which the person 16 corresponding to the serial number added by the image recognition part 5 has run by force.
