Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage charging data for a return process.SOLUTION: A data management server includes: a storage unit that stores charging data for a return process of a form received from a financial institution; a retransmission determination unit that, when the form is retransmitted from the financial institution, determines whether the retransmission process of the form is a mistake in a return side or not on the basis of retransmission information of the form; and a data management unit that, when the retransmission determination unit determines that the return process of the form is the mistake of the return side, updates the charging data so as not to charge the return process of the form.
