Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand and a stand with a panel, which have simple and compact structures, allow a plurality of exhibition angles and have improved appearance.SOLUTION: A stand 1 is configured to include at least: a main body 2; a first holding part 3 which holds a card 20 by a groove 3a formed on an upper surface 2a of the main body 2; a second holding part 4 which holds the card 20 by a groove 4a which has an inner wall surface partially formed of a front surface 2b of the main body 2 and is inclined at an angle different from that of the first holding part 3; and a third holding part 5 which holds the card 20 by a groove 5a which has an inner wall surface partially formed of a bottom surface 2c of the main body 2 and is inclined at an angle different from those of the first holding part 3 and the second holding part 4.
