The back surface Br of the light guide body B is formed into such a state as to be inclined to be positioned the closer on a light radiation surface side, the further from the incident surface Bi relative to the light incident direction incident in the longitudinal direction of the light guide body B from the incident surface Bi, and unevenness which reflects the incident light from the incident surface Bi on a light radiation surface Bf is formed on the back surface Br of the light guide body B while repeating in the longitudinal direction of the light guide body B.
