Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of highly accurately detecting an opening/closing state of a door.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes a heat insulation box body forming a storage chamber, doors pivoted at one end of the storage chamber and opening/closing a front face of the storage chamber, and opening/closing detection parts for detecting opening/closing of the doors. The opening/closing detection part includes a magnet provided to one of the door and the heat insulation box body and a magnetic sensor provided to the other thereof, and is disposed at an end part on the side opposite from the pivoting side of the door. The magnet and the magnetic sensor are oppositely disposed in the front and rear direction.
