Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly release a C1 clutch in neutral control.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device of transmission is configured as follows: a C1 clutch to be operated by an oil pressure is provided in an automatic transmission; an oil pressure Pc1 supplied to the C1 clutch is adjusted by a linear solenoid valve with a line pressure as a basic pressure; a linear solenoid valve regulates the oil pressure Pc1 supplied to the C1 clutch by regulating an opening of port to which the line pressure is supplied; a difference between the line pressure and the oil pressure Pc1 supplied to the C1 clutch becomes smaller as the opening of the port becomes bigger; and when an execution condition of the neutral control is satisfied, a line pressure is lowered by a primary regulator valve after the oil pressure Pc1 supplied to the C1 clutch is lowered by the linear solenoid valve.
