Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal structure having excellent detachability and durability and to provide a method for producing the metal structure.SOLUTION: One method for producing a metal structure includes: a fluorinated compound preparation step of forming a state in which a fluorinated compound is present, on at least a portion of the surface of a base metal 1 containing iron; and an exposure step of exposing the fluorinated compound and surface thereof to energy beams. As a result, on at least a part of the base metal 1, a state is formed in which at least one metal element contained in the base metal 1 is bonded to fluorine and carbon compounds within the region from the uppermost surface of the base metal 1 to a depth of several nm as measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
