Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grayish hard vinyl chloride resin pipe excellent in economical property, which is prevented from temperature rise when heated by sunlight, and is hardly discolored to blue even after exposed outdoors under sunlight for a long period.SOLUTION: A hard vinyl chloride resin pipe is obtained by using an inorganic pigment composed of a composite oxide as a coloring agent. In the pipe, the pipe temperature after 2-hour exposure to an infrared irradiation body of wavelength 0.7-4 μm and 250W with a distance of 40 cm from the pipe top under an atmosphere of outside temperature 22°C is 60°C or lower, and the difference b* (=b1-b0) between a tone b* value b1 of the pipe top after the pipe is installed under sunlight and the integrated amount of solar radiation by sunlight reaches 2,000 MJ/mand a tone b* value b0 of the pipe top before installed under sunlight is 0 or more.
